Payments & Cancellation
Exclusive Services Travel Agency reserves the right to change, modify, update, add to or cancel all or part of the Booking Terms (depending on the instance) at any time and without prior notification.
By regularly visiting the website, you can stay abreast of any modifications for which it is assumed that we have your full consent.
All prices are fixed at the time you make your booking.
Exclusive Services Travel Agency reserves the right to change the advertised prices at any time without prior notification.
The prices include taxes, service charges and any other costs which are only specified on our website.
As soon as the availability and total cost of the services are confirmed by Exclusive Services Travel Agency, which is usually only a few hours upon receiving the request (within 24 hours, at the most), we will ask you to confirm your booking.
How to pay?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Mastercard, Maestro and AmEx. Upon booking you are asked to pay a deposit. When you meet your professional tour manager or your chauffeur, you can pay by cash or (any credit card & debit card) as listed above.

Is it safe?
To ensure the protection of your personal data, the Exclusive Services website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)

We kindly request that the credit card you use has an expiry date at least one month after the final date of your booking.
For each charge made to your credit card, an ‘electronic’ receipt will be issued and sent to you by e-mail.
60 days prior to the date of each booking, you are required to prepay 25% of the total booking cost.
30 days prior to the date of each booking, you are required to prepay 50% of the total booking cost.
10 days prior to the date of each booking, you are required to prepay the entire remaining amount (25%) of the booking and later that same day you will receive a receipt and a booking voucher.
An additional 2% of the total booking cost will be charged for payments made by credit card.
Example: For a booking amounting to €10,000 you are required to pay as follows:
- a 25% deposit (€2,500) will initially be paid 60 days prior to the first date of the booking
- a further 50% (€5,000) will be paid 30 days prior to the first date of the booking
- the remaining 25% (€2,500) will be paid 10 days prior to the first date of the booking, totalling an amount of €10,000.
The charge to your credit card will appear on your statement as Menelaos G. Zouraris Exclusive Services Travel Agency.
Payment may be made as follows:
- you may authorize us to charge the same credit card to which we charged the deposit, the number of which we have on file, or
- you may send us another card number, or
- you may pay the amount as a direct bank account deposit.
Once the total amount of the booking has been charged, we will send you your travel documents along with the receipt and booking voucher.
Your booking is valid from the moment the agreed deposit is paid.
No other additional charge will be made by Exclusive Services Travel Agency.
During the booking process (in the case of a hotel/villa booking), we advise you check the policies of the particular hotel/villa, as the terms and conditions of different hotels/villas may vary.
In the event that you wish to reduce the period of your stay and depart earlier, you will not be paid a refund upon your departure by Exclusive Services Travel Agency.
In any other case, you must contact Exclusive Services Travel Agency immediately.
Cancellations
You reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time, incurring the following penalties:
- For a cancellation made between 0 - 30 days prior to the date of your arrival, 100% of the total booking cost will be retained.
- For a cancellation made between 31 - 60 days prior to the date of your arrival, 80% of the total booking cost will be retained.
- For a cancellation made in excess of 61 days prior to the date of your arrival, 50% of the total booking cost will be retained.
- For a cancellation in excess of 90 days prior to the date of your arrival, 15% of the total booking cost will be retained.
Exclusive Services Travel Agency will refund your money either by crediting your card or by making a direct transfer into your bank account (the cost of which will be paid by you).
